Q. Do you make duplicate keys at your place of business?

A. At the present time SPVL is a mobile service only. Perhaps in the future we will open a full service shop. However, if we do lock work at your location we can certainly make duplicate copy's for you then.

Q. How do you charge for re keying the locks at my home or place of business?

A. The way we charge is per keyway, anywhere you have to put a key in is counted as 1 keyway.

Q. Why do I need proof of ownership before you can make original keys for my vehicle, or unlock my home or business?

A. SPVL has no way to know who the property belongs to, so to avoid legal problems and to protect the rightful owners we require certain forms of proof of ownership.
